Reporting Infringement

- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What Happens Next
We take these notices seriously. We aim to acknowledge every complete notice within 2 business days and will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid claim while we investigate. We may notify the party who supplied the material.
Counter-Notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, and a statement that you believe in good faith it was removed in error. We will review it promptly.
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate access or business relationships with parties who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
