This website is operated by Avendae (26 Sebastian Cres, Colebee NSW 2761, Australia). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Avendae. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Store & Eligibility
Our store is hosted on Shopify. By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs, where they apply, are displayed at checkout before payment. We make every effort to display our products and their colours, dimensions, and specifications accurately; minor variations may occur due to screen settings and natural material differences. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify or discontinue products, but changes will never affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders & Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order through the secure payment methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or error; in that case you will be notified and fully refunded. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping
We ship within Australia only. Processing takes 1–4 business days and standard delivery takes an estimated 6–12 business days after dispatch (7–16 business days in total). Full details, including costs and the free shipping threshold, are set out in our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with free return shipping within Australia and refunds processed within 14 days of receiving the return or valid trackable proof of return. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Avendae and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
8. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep the information on this site current and accurate, including stock availability, promotions, and delivery estimates. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you promptly with the option to proceed or receive a full refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.
