Track Your Order

Every Avendae order ships with tracking, so you can follow it from dispatch to your door. Here's exactly what happens after you place an order.

Order Confirmed

You receive an order confirmation email immediately with your order number and a summary of what you bought.

Processing

Your order is prepared for dispatch within 1–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin the next business day.

Dispatched

You receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.

Delivered

Standard transit takes an estimated 6–12 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–16 business days of order confirmation.

Why Delivery Takes 7–16 Business Days

We're an online retailer without a warehouse — products are shipped directly from our supply partners rather than held in stock by us. That lets us offer a much wider range at lower prices, but it does add transit time. We publish the real timeframe up front instead of promising speed we can't deliver on. Can't Find Your Tracking Email?

Check your spam or junk folder first — shipping emails often land there. If you still can't find it, email hello@avendae.com with your order number and we'll resend your tracking details straight away.

Tracking Hasn't Updated in a Few Days

This is normal mid-transit, particularly between carrier handovers. Tracking can sit unchanged for several days and then jump. If it hasn't moved in over a week, get in touch and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Order Hasn't Arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved — and if it can't be located, you'll receive a replacement or a full refund. Wrong Address?

Contact us as soon as you notice. If the order hasn't been dispatched we can usually update the delivery address at no cost.
