Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Avendae through this website.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping — FREE on all orders of A$49 or more.
- Standard Shipping — A$11.00 for orders under A$49.
- Express Shipping — A$15.00 (expedited handling and carrier service).
Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes an estimated 6–12 business days. Express orders are prioritised at every stage and typically arrive sooner than standard orders.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Including processing, most orders arrive within 7–16 business days of order confirmation.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@avendae.com and we will investigate with the carrier and keep you updated until it is resolved.
Incorrect Address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; we can update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
