Who is the trade program for?
Electricians and electrical wholesalers, builders and developers, architects and interior designers, landscapers, and business owners fitting out a retail or hospitality space. If you are ordering for a project rather than a single room, this page is for you.
What is the difference between trade pricing, volume pricing and custom options?
Trade pricing applies to professionals ordering for client projects. Volume pricing applies to larger quantities of the same fixture or orders across multiple sites. Custom options are alternative sizes, finishes or colour temperatures on selected fixtures, confirmed with our supply partners before you order.
How do I request a trade or project quote?
Fill in the Trade & Contract form on this page, or email hello@avendae.com with the fixtures, quantities and delivery suburb. We reply within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm AEST) with pricing, availability and an estimated lead time.
How is trade and volume pricing calculated?
Pricing is quoted per project based on the fixtures, quantities and timeline. There is no membership fee. Your quote shows the unit price, delivery and the total, valid for 14 days.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order a single fixture at the website price or ask for a quote on any quantity. Volume pricing generally starts from around 5 units of the same fixture.
What can be customised on a fixture?
It depends on the product. Common options are alternative lengths or sizes, finish colour and colour temperature (3000K / 4000K / 6000K). Tell us what the project needs and we will confirm what is possible, the lead time and any price difference before you commit.
Can I get specification sheets or certification documents?
Yes. Ask in your enquiry and we will send the available product specifications, dimensions and IP ratings for the fixtures you are considering. We confirm the voltage rating and Australian 240V suitability of any fixture in writing before you order.
Can I order a sample before placing a project order?
Yes. Order the fixture at the standard website price, and if the project goes ahead we credit the sample against the volume quote. Our standard 30-day return policy applies to samples.
How long do trade and project orders take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched by our supply partners and typically arrive within 7–16 business days anywhere in Australia. Larger or custom orders may take longer; your quote will show the estimated lead time for each item.
Do you provide installation?
No. Avendae supplies the fixtures only. All hardwired lighting must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian standards.
Can trade or custom orders be cancelled or returned?
Standard stocked items follow our normal 30-day return policy. Custom-option and made-to-order items are confirmed with you in writing before production and cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless faulty.
